Terms of Service

The service

Coworkers is a month-to-month development subscription. You may submit unlimited development requests; we work on one active feature at a time, in the order you prioritise, and deploy completed work on an ongoing basis.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, in Australian dollars, plus GST. You can pause or cancel at the end of any billing cycle — there are no lock-in contracts.

Scope

Requests are scoped as features and delivered incrementally. Revisions are unlimited. We may reasonably decline work that is unlawful, unsafe or outside the service’s technical scope, and will tell you before any such decision affects your queue.

Ownership

Code and deliverables produced for you under an active subscription are yours on payment. Pre-existing tooling, libraries and know-how remain ours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to the resupply of the services or the amount paid in the previous billing cycle.
